As the screen couple faces court, MAFS's adventure sours.

The Married at First Sight bride has not yet made up her mind about opposing protective orders that her on-screen spouse is requesting because he says he is the target of a internet crusade.

During an insult-filled last vows ceremony, Ryan Donnelly and Jacqui Burfoot, who were placed together in the most current season of the popular Australian reality-TV series, decided to part ways.

In Tasmania Burfoot has already received an interim restraining order that forbids Donnelly from discussing her on social media.

Donnelly responded by requesting a domestic violence order against his ex-TV spouse.

His case appeared in south west Sydney's Campbelltown Local Court on Tuesday but it was postponed for a month so Burfoot could answer.

After the case was deferred, she appeared in court with a bodyguard but made no comment to media regarding the accusations.

Marcia Edwards Burfoot attorney stated that speaking would be biased.

As Burfoot was making her way to her parked 4WD, a MAFS fan in court yelled at her.

Daniel Wakim, Donnelly's attorney, later stated that his client was still seeking protection and that he would discuss the issue with Burfoot's attorneys.

Donnelly claimed that his ex-screen wife posted about him "nearly continually," stating that he had found it quite tough emotionally.

He claimed that he had never anticipated the outcome of his on-screen marriage.

He remarked, It was not the adventure I had planned.

I wanted to enjoy this wonderful phase of my life, surround myself with people I feel comfortable with, and depart peacefully and as friends.

What the respondent has to say about my client's anxieties is yet unknown, he stated.

In order to prevent his TV wife from posting anything about him or his friends on social media for two years, the 37-year-old filed for a restraining order.

Additionally, Burfoot would be prohibited from harming Donnelly's property or attacking, threatening, stalking, or intimidating him.

Burfoot and Clint Rice, her co-star on MAFS, are now engaged. In addition to taking her to court on Tuesday, he proposed to her during a viewing party for the program is finale.

On July 29, the case will go back to court.
